Bubble tea (also called boba) is a Taiwanese drink made from tea, milk or fruit, and chewy tapioca pearls. It's sweet, refreshing, and completely customisable — you can pick your base, sweetness level, ice, and toppings.

Milk teas are creamy and rich — a blend of tea and dairy milk. Think classic taro, matcha, or coconut milk tea.
Fruit teas are lighter and refreshing — tea combined with real fruit flavours like strawberry, mango, lychee, or passionfruit. They're also dairy-free, making them great for customers avoiding milk.
Yes! When ordering you can choose your sweetness level (0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, or 100%), ice level (no ice, less ice, or normal ice), and add any of our toppings for just 60p each:
All of our fruit teas are dairy-free — they're made with tea, water, and fruit flavourings. Most of our Daifuku (rice cakes) are also vegan-friendly.

Our standard sweetness is 100%, which is sweet but not overwhelming. If you prefer less sugar, you can request 70%, 50%, 30%, or 0% when ordering. We recommend 70% if it's your first time — it's the sweet spot for most people.
You can order directly on our website. Head to the Order page, pick your drinks and food, customise them to your liking, and checkout securely with your card. We'll have it ready for you.
Yes — we offer local delivery to addresses near our shop in Dalton, Rotherham. A delivery fee applies and the option will appear at checkout if your address is within our delivery zone.
You can also choose collection if you'd prefer to pick up your order in store.
Collection orders are usually ready within 10–15 minutes. Delivery times vary depending on distance and how busy we are, but we aim for 30–45 minutes. You'll receive updates on your order status after placing it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.
Because we start preparing orders as soon as they're placed, we may not always be able to make changes. If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible via our contact page and we'll do our best to help.
You can browse the menu without an account. To place an order you'll need to sign in or create a free account — this lets us track your order and award your Pearl Rewards points automatically.
All of our milk teas (Coconut, Matcha, and Taro) are made with dairy milk. Our fruit teas are dairy-free. For food, our mochi, waffles, Japanese cakes, and doriyaki also contain milk.

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, gluten, sesame, and soya. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of all allergens.

Yes — our Shirogoma Daifuku (white sesame) and Kurogoma Daifuku (black sesame) both contain sesame. All other items are sesame-free, though cross-contact cannot be fully excluded.
Our drinks (milk teas and fruit teas), daifuku, and mochi are all made without gluten-containing ingredients. However, as gluten is handled in our kitchen, we cannot certify any item as coeliac-safe.
Our waffles, Japanese cakes, and doriyaki do contain wheat (gluten).
Pearl Rewards is our loyalty programme. Every time you place an order you earn pearls — our in-app currency. Once you've collected enough, you can redeem them for a free drink on your next order.
Pearls are awarded automatically after every completed order when you're signed in to your account. You don't need to do anything — just order and enjoy.
When you have enough pearls, a redemption option will appear in your basket at checkout. You can apply it to get a free drink taken off your order total. Sign in to your account to check your current balance.
Your pearls don't expire as long as your account remains active. We'll let you know if this policy ever changes.

We're open Monday and Wednesday–Sunday from 13:30 to 23:00. We are closed on Tuesdays.
